How do you meet guys?

How do you meet guys?

Today I was at the grocery store and I noticed a very cute guy. Then I thought, why does it even matter that I see a cute guy at a grocery store because I most likely will never meet him or even know his name. I mean how do you actually meet guys? I meet some when I go out but I really want to mix it up and go for a different type of guy. Any advice?

Well, first you have to get over the idea of rejection. I think fear of rejection is one of the main reasons people don't take charge of situations like these. For example, you didn't meet the guy in the grocery store because neither of you took a step.

So he didn't approach you. You could of approached him by asking his advice on what to make for dinner that night. That would have allowed you to feel him out to see if he seemed interested in you. If so, you could have offered to make dinner for him sometime. So what if you can't cook. There's a great take out place in every neighborhood.

The next time you're at a grocery store, football game, bookstore and any place else, try approaching a hot guy if he doesn't approach you first and just see what happens. Make flirting fun. It should be anyway. Good luck!

I hope I've helped.

I got asked out by a guy at the gorcery store once and felt uncomfortable when we were talking on the phone. He became very angry with me when I told him this. It would have been better if he had just said, why don't we meet in a public place. While there may be attraction, it's hard to know if there would be anything else in common. Best idea is to appear friendly and smile and see if there is an opportunity to start a conversation. I mean, I asked a guy if he would tie my skates for me at the roller rink and got a date out of that. Not sure if I want to continue seeing him, but it was fun.

I think that's a great idea as far as appearing friendly and seeing if there's an opportunity to start a conversation. After all, once the initial contact is over, you may realize that he's no one you want to get involved with.

I don't know about you guys but I just go around slapping guys asses and seeing the results. Kidding. Anywhere really. Work. Bars. Shopping. I noticed guys (gay or not) are sooo shy in the city...which is weird because it's the city.

Oh so true, Fred. Guys in the city are shy. Maybe it's because they feel they have a lot of competition due to the higher population in metropolitian areas. Either way, I kinda like the idea of just slapping guys on the ass, and waiting for the results!
